About the teaching
What is consciousness from the perspective of the Buddhist tradition and of contemporary science? How do we perceive the world and how does our mind shape those perceptions into an understanding of what we perceive? These are the questions we’ll be exploring with Geshe Namdak in this four-part teaching series.
Is this for me?
This course is suitable for all.
What can I expect?
Geshe Namdak will explain how we perceive reality, how destructive emotions cause disturbances of mind and how development of constructive emotions lead to happiness.
