
Introduction to Buddhist Philosophy

This is a three-part course. Registration will close 30 minutes before the start of the first teaching. Your ticket and Zoom link is valid for all three teachings.
About the Course
What is the ultimate nature of reality, how do we come to understand it and why is it worthwhile to do so? It is important to know the nature of reality in order to eliminate ignorance, which is the root cause of all destructive emotions and suffering. Geshe Namdak will guide us through Buddhist ideas of conventional and ultimate realities, to help us understand our external and inner worlds better.

Absolutely! If you are interested in the philosophical basis of Buddhist mind science and the associated meditative practices, you’re welcome to come along. These classes are not about converting you to Buddhism; they’re about giving you the tools to improve your well-being.

About Geshe Namdak
Our Resident Teacher, Geshe Tenzin Namdak, was given full ordination by HH Dalai Lama and completed the twenty-year-long Geshe degree. A Dutch citizen who teaches in English, he’s known for his warm, gentle and inclusive style.
